Digital and Physcial Gift Cards can only be used in-store for walk-in appointments and merchandise. The booking system will not accept them as payment for reservations. We are happy to reserve a time for you - just email us your preferred time!

Our cat lounge is now a no-shoes environment. Please wear socks for your session, or we have some for purchase at the front desk.

Children under the age of 8 years old are not permitted to enter the cat lounge.

Infants under one year are the exception, but they must be held by parents (or secured in a car seat/stroller) at all times. This is to ensure the safety of our cats as well as your tiny humans.

There must be one adult for every two children under the age of 12 in the cat lounge. Children may not be in the cat lounge unsupervised. We trust that you will encourage your children to interact with our cats and other guests appropriately.

All guests must agree to the terms of our "Notice of Release of Liability" before entering the cat lounge. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian approve the terms before entering the cat lounge.
 

Groups of up to 8 can book a private time slot to ensure a positive experience is had by both our guests and our cats. Simply find an available time slot that works for you and book all 8 spots.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to get checked in.
 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your spot(s) could be given to walk-ins.
 

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your booking. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before your booking, your reservation fee will be forfeited.

 

We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving in a manner that is disruptive to other guests or harmful to our cats to leave the cat lounge. If this happens, your reservation fee will not be refunded.
